He was William John Allen born on the 17the December 1896 at 3 Gray Street, Abertilley,Wales. He married Margaret Mary Roberts in 1923. His father was Joseph Stephen Allen, also born in Wales, his mother was Kate Allen (nee Holmes). William and Margaret had 7 children: Cyril Allen (died at 5yrs with menengitis) Enid Joyce Allen b. 1926 (my grandmother) Pearl Allen Ken Allen Steve Allen Peter Allen Carol Allen Any information would be greatly appreciated.
