Hi,

I'm looking for a John Davies, born 1912, father's name Albert. I don't know where he was from although the family have always said he was from Wales. Any chance of a connection? Thanks.

I also have John Davies born 1835? from Holywell, Ruthin.

This line has had John as son's names as far as I have traced so far 1800's and each son also has sons called John!

There occupations have gone from Hawkers/Pedlars to Painters all in North Wales Denbighshire area

Also another John Davies but no idea as to what part, father to Evan born 1867/68

I am researching the Davies's who eventually settled in Liverpool.
Robert 1817 (wales) wife Cathrine Cormack (Liverpool).
Son William 1852 (Liverpool) wife Whilhemena Chapman1853.( Upwell, Norfolk)
2nd wife : Gertrude Edwards 1877 (Liverpool)
Daughters : Doris & Gladys (Violet) Violet's mother could be either one of his wife's child.
Violet had a son, my father: Charles Edwin Davies. He was adopted by his grandfather Robert William. His original certifacate states his name as Charles Edwin Hunt Davies.1926.
The family lived in Warburton Street, in the kensington, Liverpool area.
If anyone happens to come across any of this information, please get in touch.
Good luck to you all.
(My Davies's were originally from North Wales)
