I was born Patricia Anne Thomas 23rd March 1942. My Mother's maiden name was Ivy Doreen Thomas, her Mothers maiden name was Deborah Matthews who married a Frederick Garland Thomas. They were married in Tonyrefail in the valleys. My Mother Ivy Doreen Thomas was born in Pomphlett in Plympton on the 23rd November 1916 and had siblings one of whom was called Frederick Garland Thomas born in Plymouth on 3rd February 1919. Their Mother Deborah died at an early age(I believe year to be 1927 aged 35 years) and the children were placed in a home as Father could not cope. Any news would be welcome. Thank you. |
