Hi..trying to trace who were the parents of Florence Moore who would have been my grandad's cousin..in 1871 census she is living in Norfolk with her grandparents Isaac Moore & Mary (nee Able)..and down as being born circa 1870 in Loddon (there is a birth for a Florence Morley Moore registered at this time in this district..know she was lodging with a family in Sheffield in 1891 census (a lot of the Moores from this family seemed to have ended up in Sheffield..here she is single and is a cutlery warehouse assistant...In 1901 census still in Sheffield married to Harry Bates (marriage 1893 in Sheffield)..and they have 2 kids on the 1901 census..William born abt. 1896 and Doris born abt. 1899..anyone with any info please get in touch ...many thanks.. |
