Hello. I have recently found information on my grandmother, Marjorie Freda Luker nee Allen. However, I am now trying to locate her parents. I have discovered that her mother's maiden name was Talbot. My grandmother was born in June 1919. From the small amount of information I have on my grandmother, I believe that her mother (Talbot) was married previously although I don't know her first or second husbands names. My grandmother had a half brother, possibly called Jack. Again the info I have is very limited. I do know there is a Canadian connection. My grandmother married William Luker (from Porth, South Wales) and they had a son, my dad, David Thomas Luker in 1949. I hope some of my limited info jogs some memories out there! Any help any one can offer me will be gratefully received. Thanks in anticipation, Clare |
