Browns from Bo'ness/ Edinburghand London (croyden and ruislip)areas trying to find many needles in many haystacks but all roads lead to bo'ness west lothian and the many turns I have. So any Browns from bo'ness please get in touch. was given a list of names of brother and sisters of my grandfather before he died. my grandfather John (speedy) born in bo'ness 1919. married Mary Ballantine. his parents were matthew and elizabeth mcdonough they moved to edinburgh but elizaberth died in bo'ness. They had large family two of whom I know were still living in edinburgh (twins) bob and jenny Looking for more information on James and William who moved down south to england and last known whereabouts in 1960's was ruislip middlesex, but were working at cowley car plant and lived on the same street and marrying sisters references as a possibility( have found names out from my uncle that their wives were called emily and phylis(may not be correct spelling). They also had a sister annie who moved away from scotland also to england croydon in surrey I think? have birth certs for all family members but finding hard to find english references.one of the brothers died approx 1963/4 ish. Have also found out that phylis or emily have recently passed in 2005/6 Have also traced matthews parents who were george brown and ann cochrane and also georges parents were william and janet pettigrew? so if any of these names a possibility please get in touch. know nothing of cousins and family but anyone with bo'ness and edinburgh references please get in touch. have also other names as well as Brown from bo'ness and edinburgh areas including heath, thompson, begley,cochrane, pettigrew, tait, cairns,snaddon links so anybody who may have desendents with these names please get in touch.
