Calling Queensland! I have been trying to trace JESSE TURNER born 1833 at Warkton, Northamptonshire, England for a long time now. He was one of a large family born at Warkton, Northamptonshire, England to George and Amy Turner. I last found him on census in 1851 census , still at home with parents, but employed as a carpenter. It is possible that he emigrated to QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA sometime after this time because he does not appear in 1861 census. I should be delighted to hear if anyone has any clues , advice or information. I have traced all but two of his 12 siblings now. Please has anyone information to help me fond my gt. gt Uncle? Thankyou. |
