Trying to find Evans

Hello, This is a long shot! I am trying to find out anything about my Great-Grandfather. His name was WILFRED REGINALD EVANS and he was born around 1900 (+/- 10 years). I think he was born in Wales. He married a Dolores Stephanie Irene Clark when they were both young and they had one child - GORDON REGINALD EVANS (my Grandfather) on 23.04.23. This was in Hanham, Bristol. Shortly afterwards they divorced (for reasons unknown to the family). My Grandfather refused to talk about his father due to the fact that he resented him for leaving him. Therefore we know very little about Wilfred. The only other details I have is that his trade in 1923 was a dairyman and by the end of the 1940s he had moved away and was living in the Berkshire area - in a cottage called Frying Pan Cottage - so quite a distinct name. It is quite possible he had remarried by this time and had other children. If you think you recognise anything or something sounds familiar, then please get in contact - my mum is desperate to know about her ancestors and background, as am I!! Thank you for taking the time to read this! Davina
