Trying to find Evans

I am trying for some time to find information on the family of Dan (Harris) Evans born about 1853 (who later founded the London department storey DH Evans assisted by other family members). His wife Elizabeth Evans (nee Harris) was born in the Aberdare area in Glamorgan, in 1853, & they married in 1877 and although DH Evans died in1929 I have no idea when or where Elizabeth died. Can anyone help me in this? Also, they had 2 sons Frank Evans born in Wales 1878 and living in Oxford St, London in 1881 Census and also William Tudor Evans born in London I think in 1884. Would anyone have any information also on these two boys? Many thanks, Chris. |
