Member Since: March 2004 Posts: 3 Send Message	SHIRLEY PICKARD 22-03-06 I am looking for anyone who can help me trace FLORENCE MAY TURNER of SHROPSHIRE It was my Mother's dying wish that her whereabouts should be found as she was her Mother and she had not had contact with her since she was a child. PLease help me if you can. Desperately looking for anyone connected with FLORENCE MAY TURNER b. 1900 circa d. ? married JOHN ROGERS from SHROPSHIRE b. 1900 circa d. 1970's in Chester who had a sister MAGGIE or MARGARET. b. ? d. 1970's in Whitchurch They had a daughter EDITH MAY ROGERS b. 1924 d. 1996 JOHN ROGERS and Florence May eith divorced or seperated when Edith May was around the age of 10. They left her in a children's home where she stayed untill she was 15 ish. She then went to work and live over a shop in Cliveden road in Chester where she met JOHN HAYES and later married him and had 3 children. For some reason or other when Florence left John, John went to live with his sister Maggie and THOMAS ROGERS. I don't know whether Thomas was Maggie's son or whether he was an illigitimate son of John's. There seems to be some secrecy as to who is parent or parents were.
