Find Ancestors

Trying to find any relatives to James and Lily Harris. James Harris worked at Stanlow Oil Docks (as noted on marriage certificate) in 1917 and married Lily Fletcher on 24th December 1917. My nan was born Joan Harris on 5th September 1924 and they were living at Number 2 Bungalow, Stanlow Island, Ince, Cheshire. James and Lily were both born in Bolton and lilys father was John Edward Fletcher, He was an undercarder at a mill. I have tried and tried to find any further information. My nan had a photo of a brother who she said she never saw again after the war (I think he may have died) as she never spoke of her parents or brother but always carried his photo about. She has sadly passed away and I will never find any more information from my family, as they do not know anything about my nan either. She worked in Liverpool at a hospital which nursed sick soldiers which is where she met my Grandad. I think she may have fallen out with her parents as my Grandad was already married when he met my nan and he had to get a divorce so he could marry my nan. Does anyone know this family and can anyone shed any light on my nans family. Thank you.
