You were born 19 February 1970 at the Derby, Queen Mary Maternity Home and were adopted on 21 July 1970. The County Court adoption reference is No: 70 50786 Serial number: 24/70 dated 21 July 1970. I am desperate to make contact and my details and contact information are under the name Hackett and are registered on this site.
