Trying to find my mother's family. Born Elisabeth Reynold Archer in S.Shield? 19.9.1918. Father Thomas Archer, mother Margaret Robertson (but may have not been birth mother), She had brother Norman Ward b 1905 emigrated to Australia and killed in action. Sisters Daisy (married to Joe) who remained in the North of England, Ethel (known as Ann later) who married and lived in London and possibly one other. Her mother Margaret was daughter of Thomas Dunsmore Robertson b20.03.1844 in Bothwell Lanark (m. Mary J ?), whose father was James Robertson married Grizzel Dunsmore (Barony, Lanark). Anyone knowing any of the above could help me find my mother's birth certificate which would open the door on he father's side. |
