Trying to find Moore

Thomas Moore was my 3 x gt. grandfather. All I know about him is that on his son WILLIAM moore's wedding certificate Thomas is described as Professor of Music, probably a posh description for a music teacher. William was born in 1843 in Flintshire. I cannot order his birth certificate because there were so many William Moores born that year. William married Mary Ann Heron in 1862. I would really like to find out who his parents were and when and where they were born.
