I am trying to find some information about my g/grandfather Arthur JACKSON born approx. 1893 in Sussex. He married Mnuha (monica) hachkelcona ZUN from Ukraine, USSR on 09.10.1919 at the British Consulate in Shanghai, China. He worked as a Marine Engineer. They had 3 children, 2 died from an unknown disease in infancy. Surviving child was my g/father Leslie Paul JACKSON. Arthur committed suicide in china and Monica moved back to England. Arthur's father is John JACKSON. g/grandmother's details are unknown. If you have any information which could shed some more light on this family, please contact me. Thanks, Jillian |
