His father had a further 8 children with his previous wife mary they were John, James, Alice, Samuel, Henry, John, Mary & William. Thomas married Bertha Lydia Taylor in 1921 and had 2 children Edna & James. Thomas dissapeared in 1927 and has not been heard of since it possible that he had another family who nothing of his first wife and their children Edna & James.
