Trying to find Brown

WILLIAM BROWN I am trying to find details of my great uncle, William Brown, who was born in Shadwell/West Ham, London in about 1893. His siblings were Maud Rebecca born 1879, John Henry born 1885, (my grandfather), Eleanor May (Nellie) born 1888, and Arthur, born c.1887. I know he married Vi, (presumably Violet), and they may have had a son called Cyril who may have had a son called Peter who would now be about 49/50. I don't remember William, but Vi lived in Frome, Somerset in her later years. I believe that William (known as Bill), and Vi may have moved to Somerset from the East End to be closer to Cyril. Can anyone help? Also, can anyone assist me to find records of a John Brown, born 1815/16 in Norwich who married Elizabeth (born 1819 approx) of Ipswich. So far as I can tell they had 4 children, Henry born 1843, George born 1847, Ellen born 1848 and my great-grandfather John born 1851. I don't know whether they married in Ipswich/Norwich or met in London and married there, so looking up marriage records is tricky. All the children were born in Shadwell, London.
