Hi all, I have spent ages looking for a Charles Walker, born approx 1882 He is my GGgranddad. I have his marriage certificate to Sarah Ann Hope, Married in Northwich 1903, were it say's he was 21 years old and a police constable, living at 24 st Pauls Road, Seacombe(Cheshire). checked the 1901 census for that address and number 24 isn't listed. Any ideas where to look next, there are too many Charles walker's on 1837-online, and I'm not sure if he was born in Cheshire or Northwich! Any help would be appreciated

Hi. Your original request has come up again on site, and I wondered if you had made any progress. The marriage certificate should show his Fathers name and occupation, and this would help in finding parents marriage and the family going back. If I can help I will. Ethel.
