Paul, not sure if you're aware, but when you mark someone's post as answered then it marks the whole thread as answered (it doesn't make sense but that's the way it works).

Your thread then shows up in the list with a green tick next to it. When people see that they'll think you don't want any further help. When you come back to add your further info go to your first post at the top and click on the button that says something like "mark this as unanswered".

Paul, when you're giving us information about people it would help us a lot if you could say how you connected to them. Things like when/where the last know whereabouts of them was (census, BMDs, immigration, etc) If we know what you already have then it helps us to work from there.
