Here is a real longshot. ELSIE Jackson, FLORRIE Jackson or other Jacksons living in the BANSTEAD, Surrey area.. My Grandfather Henry Haynes was in a mental hospital in North London from when I was born 1946 until his death in the mid 1950's. My Grandmother, Arabella Haynes lived in Winchmore Hill, North London and a man I only ever knew as Grandad Jackson was her Partner/Friend. I remember the names of Florrie and Elsie Jackson being mentioned when I was a child but have no other knowledge of them. My Sister Madeleine, attended a wedding in Banstead in 1950's where she was a bridesmaid. Any information gratefully received as due to sad family history on both sides we are bereft of family knowledge. Kind regards and thank you, Roger |
