Hi, I'm trying to find out more about my great-great grandfather WILLIAM WALKER. So far I know that he was born in 1850 and lived in Yorkshire. At about the age of 10 he emigrated to Australia and started work in the gold mines. He also spent time working in New Zealand but kept returning to Australia. I don't have the name of the women he married, but do know that he had a son in around 1890 named GEORGE WALKER who married an AMY STORER. I do not know about siblings or parents, so would be grateful if anyone could provide me with such information. Thanks, Lucy |
