Trying to find Lee

The Lee's on my tree were orginally Levy's. My Great Grandfather changed his name to Lee because he married a Catholic (he was Jewish). However, on his birth certificate it says Karnoyski (he was born in Manchester in 1903, so i think the name change to Levy was just before the war). Anyway, if this rings a bell with anyone, please get in touch!
