trying to trace any descendant of James Mitchell b1848 in Port Glasgow. His father is thought to have come from Ireland. He married Helen Smith in Port Glasgow and had at least 3 children.. David (my grandfather) b1874 he married Elizabeth McGibbon in Stirling in 1900. Janet b1877 Catherine b1880. David lived in the Stirling area and had 6 children. Margaret. Duncan. James. David.Caleb. Helen. Caleb died aged 8 yrs. James and David in their early to late 30's Helen in her early 50's and Margaret and Duncan in their 70's. Any further info about any of these people will be greatly appreciated |
