Stephanie Heuston (Nee Wilding) Trying to find Willilam Wilding born c 1816 Radnorshire Wales. I have William and Elizabeth in 1841 Census living in Knighton where William was a shoemaker, then in 1851 living in Dudley as a coal minerFather of Edwin Wilding b abt 1837 a shoemaker also, in Birmingham. the only info I have is from Edwin's second marriage certificate is that his father's name was William and that he was a miner, and his mother's name was Elizabeth. Also does anyone have any infomation re Wildings Tailoring shops in Mile End London & South Harrow Middex?

Hi,
I have a Jacob Wilding born in Dudley in 1867, his father was also Jacob - born 1827 but i haven't been able to get any further as yet. Family stories say our wildings originally came from wales, moved onto staffordshire then Jacob jr made his way up to yorkshire.
Could Jacob sr be a possible relation (brother?) of your William??

Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you.

I'm still searching for William I have not been able to find any other family for him other than his decendants I'm afraid.

If I do find anything further I'll let you know
