	Annette - You have replied to a 13-year-old thread. Stephen won't be looking here for replies now. You can try sending him a private message, by clicking on his name at the top of his post. If he has kept GR updated re any changes to his email address, they'll be able to let him know there's a message from you in the system. He may (or may not, for many possible reasons) be able and willing to reply to you by email.
