Find Ancestors

Hello everyone. Please help. I have no living ancestors to help me trace the Martin line.My father was Gordon Edwin Martin 23/04/14 to 18/01/1997 Born in Withyham, East Grinstead. His father was Ernest Martin who died on 13/07/67 He was 91.he was married to Laura Tamar Martin - maiden name unknown. They lived at No. 4 Hill View. Forest Row. Susex. Ernest had 3 sons and two daughters - Bert, Reg and my Dad Gordon and Margaret and Dot( presumable Dorothy) Bert lived with his wife Vi in the Forest Row area. They had three children Betty, Peggy and Brian. Reg lived with his wife Emm in Kensington, London. They had three children-twins Tony and Blanche, and Reg. Margaret was married to Arthur James Beer, they were childless. Dot had a son named Charles Martin who was raised by our Grandparents Ernest and Laura Martin. She then married Ernest Ashby and had a son named Clive who went into the RAF and later died in a tragic car accident. He left a wife - Wendy and a son believed to be named Laurence.
