Trying to find Thompson

I am trying to find any decendants of Alfred & Lillian Jane Thompson. Alfred was born in Stepney in 1861 - son of James & Eliza. Lillian Jane (who appears on her childrens birth certs as Jane and who's maiden name was also Thompson) was born in Maidstone Kent in 1868 but so far I've not traced her family. The family lived in the East End (St George in the East, Stepney) and also in West Ham/Stratford. Alfred & Lillian Jane had 5 children that I know of: Bertie born 1887 Ellen born 1889 May Eliza born 1890 (my grandmother) George born 1897 Sarah born 1900 There may well have been another child called Violet born later but this is not certain. My grandmother appeared to have lost touch with the family, although did make attempts to find them after she married her second husband (my grandfather) Abraham Norrington. They both died in the early 1960's. If anyone has any information that they think may be relevant, I would be very greatful if they would get in touch. |
