Brown's of Wolverhampton, Barrow-in-Furness and Bolton. 1887 to 1914 Albert Walter Brown the son of John and Ann Brown nee Asbury married Eleanor Banister in Barrow-in-Furness, Lancashire. on the 23-3-1887, they had five children as follows:- Walter Claude born 1890 died 1892 Wolverhampton. William Cyril born 1893 Barrow-in-Furness, Lancashire. died 1933 Morcambe, Lancashire. Wife Florence Ernest born 1894 Bolton, Lancashire. Norman born 1899 Bolton, Lancashire. Sidney born 1909 ??? married Edith Annie Blackburn 1932 Morcambe, Lancashire. Just prior to the First World War Albert and Eleanor emigrated to Cape Town with their family until Alberts death in 1922 wnen the family returned to the UK and settled in Morcambe, Lancashire. Eleanor died in Morcambe 1932 If you have any knowledge of this family I would be very pleased to hear from you. |
