My name is Knight and my mother's name was Edna Louise Sneath Lee.I was wondering about the Sneath part of the name and whether this may have been her mother or grandmother's maiden name or even part of the father or grandfather's name. Edna was born in 1908. Her brother was called Arthur. She also had a sister who died at an early age called Ethel. Edna was brought up in Newark but her parents, Ernest and Ethel moved to Coventry which was where they lived until they died, Ethel around 1970. Does anybody know any thing about any of the above or have some information as to the 'Sneath' part of the name? |
