John Charles Harrison was born in Chatham 01.01.1831. His father owned both an ironmongers and a funeral directors at 272 and 293 High Street, Chatham. I believe he had at least one brother, Charles and maybe two sisters, Sarah and Elizabeth. He married Harriet Ann Sibun , 09.10.1853, and they had eleven children. Those that survived were:- Harriet Sarah - born 04.07.1854 in Rotherhithe Fanny Maria - born 04.08.1857 at 10, St Helena Place, Rotherhithe Frederick James - born 18.06.1860 at 10, St Helena Place, Rotherhithe Maria Louisa - born 06.08.1863 at 9 baltic Place, Lower Rd, Rotherhithe Charles George - born 22.06.1865 at 9 baltic Place, Lower Rd, Rotherhithe John William - born 07.02.1866 at 18 Cross St Rotherhithe Agnes Emily - born 27.09.1868 at 9 baltic Place, Lower Rd, Rotherhithe John Charles and Harriet Ann moved to Portsmouth around the year 1887. She died 15.03.1895 at Bishop St. Portsea. John Charles died 08.02.1912. Are these known to you through your research? |
