Trying to find Young

Hi, my name is Margaret and I am trying to find information about my Grandfather Thomas James Young born 1 June 1881. He married my grandmother Isabella Jane Johnson in 1916 when she was 16. I know that he was a member of the police as it would have been before the border went up in 1922 and then the RUC as it became. He was based in Belfast in the 1920's. They had 3 children 2 daughters and 1 son (my Dad), born 1924, 1929 and 1939 respectively. My grandad came from a large family and was born at The Loop, Salterstown, near Lough Neagh in County Londonderry. I think that one of his brothers was called William and that he was born in c1879. William is buried in Coagh graveyard and I believe he went to Canada at some time before returning to N. Ireland. If anyone can help I would be very grateful. Thanks |
