Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 17 Send Message	Trying to find information on Paternal side of family. GFather was JOHN JOHNSON born in Kent we believe. He left home around age 12 to join Merchant Navy. Think he was in Australia for a while but ended up in WALES. He married my GMother MARY BURNS and they had 4 (live) children....CYRIL, WILLIAM, EDITH AND BRIDGIT. WILLIAM was my father. JOHN JOHNSON DOB 1878 and he died 17 Jan 1951 in WALES. He was a MINER whilst in WALES. Anyone who can help with the KENT connection, please get in touch soonest... Thanks
