I am trying to find anyone who knew my Mother EDNA THOMAS (maiden name FREEMAN). My Mother was the eldest, and she had a brother Harold, another brother Charles known to some as Dennis, and a sister Ethel. Their Fathers name was Charles Freeman and their Mother Agnes Freeman, nee (Falconer). They lived in Normandy Road, Handsworth in the Aston Manor area of Birmingham. My Mother married my Father ALBERT THOMAS on the 26th December 1931 at All Souls Church, Witton. My Father was the eldest of four, he had a brother Jim, who lived in Moore Lane, Witton, and a sister Sarah Ann, known to others as Sally, and the youngest sister was Violet. I am in the process of making a Family Tree, and sadly I have no wedding photographs of my parents wedding, if anyone should know of my Mother and Father and could help me with any photographs or information please contact me. My Mother was one of the victims in the IMI Blast at Witton, on the 14-11-1973. |
