Hoping to find descendants of FRANCIS BELL born 1832 in Newcastle upon Tyne. He married ANNIE S. EDMUNDSON. The 1881 census gives his address as 12 Trafalgar St. Newcastle and his occupation as 'shoemaker' and lists the following children - Eleanor born 1864, Newcastle Margaret born 1866, Newcastle Fanny Jane born 1873, Newcastle (my Maternal Grandmother) George H. born 1876, Newcastle Annie S, born 1878, Newcastle Francis E. born 1881, Newcastle Fanny Jane married JOHN CHALMERS in 1893 at Trinity Church, New Bridge St. Newcastle. Her address on the marriage certificate is given as 73 Stanton St. Newcastle. |
