Member Since: November 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	I'm looking for information about my grandmother Catherine Evans who lived in Bury Port, South Wales. She was born in 1884, mother's name also Catherine Evans. In the 1901 cencus my grandmother was living with her uncle, James Evans and his wife Rachel. They had 4 children - Dinah, David, Rachel and James. My mother was Muriel Evans, father not listed on birth certificate and was adopted by John Augustus Wells. My mother was very secretive about her childhood but I know that she had a brother - I presume also adopted, called Leslie, who became a Doctor.
