karen porrett I am trying to trace my family tree and i hope i might find some new relatives! I am trying to find anyone related to my great, great grandfather and great, great grandmother. they are called GEORGE HARRIS and LOUISA unfortunately i do not know louisa's maiden name. george was born in liverpool around 1831, loiusa was born in kidderminster around 1832. They had seven children that i know off: FREDERICK HARRIS,WILLIAM HARRIS,STEPHEN HARRIS, LOUISA J HARRIS,ELIZABETH (LIZZIE) HARRIS,GEORGE H HARRIS, andTHERESA HARRIS(my great grandmother).. in the 1881 census they lived at 130 BUTTS ROAD, rushall, stafford. i think george died between 1881-1890 as in the 1891 census louisa was a widow and living at REDE STREET, newcastle upon tyne, with her son william who was a widower by the age of 32, her son stephen and daughter theresa my great grandmother. I would love to find out more information about them and also find new relations. Does anything fit with your family tree-if so i would love to hear from you. karen porrett 28th november 2004 |
