My father was Harold Edward Arthur Edwards and he was born 31/05/1898 in Croydon, I believe he had 3 brothers and possibly 2 sisters. His father was possibly William Thomas Edwards an accountant. Dad possibly went with the navy to Russia in the WW1. He married my mother in (Gold Coast) now Ghana in West Africa in 1948. My mother knows very little of his background apart from he was previously married and had a daughter. My father was known as Ted Edwards he worked as an accountant and bookkeeper up until his death in Geraldton Western Australia 02/07/1965. I am James Ross Roberts born Edwards in Ghana in 1953. I would be interested in finding out any information about my father's family, especially my half sister. Regards James. |
