Trying to find Hall

Celia, Have you tried searching DurhamOnline.com? Unfortunately you have to pay to see the records, £5 for 4 records etc. I had a couple of creds left so I had a look and found a Mary A Hall on the 1861 census aged 6(ties in with 1855 birth yr), born Crook, Durham, living with Mary Hall (Widow), and Brother John aged 9. There were some others but I ran out of credits. Hope this helps.
