My Jones clan originated in Worcester. Earliest ancestor i have is a John Jones married to Ann both born circa 1780. Son was Richard Jones b.1815. Richard married Appolonia Birch [or did he?] never found the marriage but they had some 9 children, some died in infancy. They resided in Great Malvern Worcs. Two of the children from the marriage moved around 1880's to Kidderminster and Birmingham. The Kidderminster family had a son who was headmaster of a school up to possibly 1950's. The Birmingham side had a fair few children [my line]. If any of this rings bells please contact me. Willing to share my info. Names associated with Kidderminster side are Tyers and Charlton. Birmingham side Bick, Meadows, Annis, Coley, Holland and Williams
