Hi, i'm trying to locate any members of my grandfather's family. He was called THOMAS YOUNG and was from SUNDERLAND, TYNE & WEAR (formerly Co. Durham). Bit of a sad tale in that he was in the R.A.F during WW2, and suffered shell-shock as a result. My grandmother Anne ("Nancy") nee. CONSTABLE divorced him in the 1950s. I believe he had a sister, "CONNIE", who died in 03/04 in Sunderland. I think my grandfather himself died in the late 80s, probably in a psychiatric hospital. I know very little about the 'Young' side of my family and would dearly like to find out more. Many thanks. Stephen Young |
