Hi, I'm looking for any information on my Grandfather Godfrey George King (Godfrey because his Mother was Alice Godfrey, and George because his Father was George King). His date of birth was 17 March 1892 or 3 (St Patrick's Day). he was from Ireland (perhaps County Meath), but later in life lived in County Wicklow (Greystones and Bray). He spent quite a few years in Hertfordshire (where my Father was born) and then moved to Murchison in Australia and had a farm. When he returned to the Northern hemisphere the family lived in and around Bray, Ireland, and then later on in Horsham, West Sussex. We've no information after about 1938. He had several brothers and sisters....Arthur, William, Violet, Hilda. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks. |
