Hi, Trying to find details of ISAAC HILL (b c1831, West Bromwich d 3/7/1909, Barrow-In-Furness). He married Emma Perry c1858, although I can't find this marriage in GRO index. They had four surviving children (Mary Eliza, Selina, Joseph and John William). John William is my great grandfather. The earliest confirmed information I have for Isaac is from Mary's baptism at All Saints Church, West Bromwich. Despite the fact that 1861 and later census returns show Isaac and Emma having been born in West Bromwich, I can't find Isaac in the 1851 or 1841 census for West Bromwich. I also looked at the All Saints Parish register for baptisms between 1830-1834 without any success. Any help with my brick wall would be greatly appreciated. Graeme |
