I am trying to trace my half sister. I think she was born between 1956-1960. She was probably born in London but could have been born in Scotland. I think she may have been adopted or possibly bought up by another member of the family. Her birth mothers' name would be Elizabeth Cook or Elizabeth Mccabe (16/01/1940.) Elizabeth's mothers name was Kathy Mccabe(D.O.B unknown.) My mother (Elizabeth) was not allowed to keep her baby - I know Elizabeth was in a home for mother and baby in London, probably before the adoption. Did anybody know her or especially remember the 1st name of the baby.Do you know of anyone in the same home as my mother between the years 1956 and 1960. My mother Elizabeth sadly died in year 1999. I have only recently discovered that she had another daughter in a previous relationship. I would love to be able to make contact with this other daughter;-My half sister. Can anybody help with any information. Thankyou Jacki |
