Michael King I have in my posession a letter dated November 30th but not the year, however I think it was in the 1960s. It is on headed paper 'Bengough Rural Municipal Hospital, Bengough, Sask which I'm sure is in Canada. The writer signs herself as Kathleen and she addressed the letter to my grandparents ( Michael Alfred King and Sarah King nee Trwobridge) referring to them as Uncle Alf and Aunt Sadie.. In this letter refers to marriages and deaths of certain people. Her own mother has recently died, but she is unnamed and her father, unnamed, appears to be away from home. She refers to Aunt Rachel whom she sees often. There is an aunt Minnie who had been ill for approx 4 years and died on the 19th Nov bieng burried on the 21st in Regina. It appears that her husband was Alex. She refers to a man called Bill who got married on the 5th Sept. Do any of these names mean anything to any body? Regards Michael. |
