My Great-Great- Grandfather was Frederick Ward Born about 1839 in London. He married Eliza born about 1841. London They run a coffee House in Westminster Bridge Road London, I have found them on the 1871, 1881 census. They had 4 children Eliza (known as Lizzie) born about 1863 ( My Great Grandmother) , Charles F born about 1864, Harry Born ? (think died when a baby) and William born about 1870, from the census I know Charles and William went on to have Hackney carriages. I can not find any records for Fred and Eliza's marriage, or what happened to them after 1890. Lizzie went on to marry a Claude Randall in 1881, she died around 1911-12. If anyone could help please let me know. |
