James Thomas Baker. I am trying to find out if he was my great great grandfather. As I don't have his records of his middle name "Thomas". I only know his father that was also James Baker from his marriage certificate. James jnr was married to Ellen Jane Pitt in Portsea, Hampshire on 1873. James Thomas Baker was born on April 1845, Malling by his parents James Baker and Harriet. I think James Baker snr was married to Harriet Paris at Chatham on 1832. I think their children were Eliza (B: 1843) and William (B: 1850). I have James Baker's censuses in 1873, 1881 and 1891. He was born either in Maidstone or West Malling. Anyone knows any of them? I would be greatly appreciated if someone could tell me about them. Thank you, Steven. (Melbourne, Aust) |
