I'm seeking info on Henry Anderson b.c1844,son of Matthew, he was a widower prior to his marriage to Jane Suddes in Mar 1879 and at this time he is described as Yeast Merchant and resident in Clayton St. Newcastle upon Tyne. In the 1881 census his wife Jane is described as a widow & yet on his son's marriage cert in 1901 Henry is described as a publican and there is no mention of him being deceased. I haven't been able to solve this and so any assistance will be appreciated |
