Trying to find Melling

I am trying to find a D. (?) Melling. She gave birth to a daughter in a mother and baby home called 'hillside', in Bushey, Watford on 20th March 1960. The child was called Susan Moira Melling and I believe adopted (?) She studied domestic science at college and fell pregnant at an end of term party, never married the father. She was 22 when she gave birth, making her 67 now. I believe she came from the Liverpool area and the birth ofher child was kept secret. Any information is very urgently needed, total discretion assured. This is NOT a case of a daughter searching for a mother, once adopted, but a matter of serious geneology which could result in some information to her advantage. PLEASE HELP, any information, no matter how vague would be of help. |
