Good Evening.... I am trying to find details of THOMAS HENRY KING born around the late 1800's who I believe came from Bradford, Yorkshire, and two of his three sons, CHARLIE and LENNY (the third being my grandad, Albert Richard, and the youngest of the three children). THOMAS HENRY KING:- I know very little about him except that he brought up his 3 children alone. I have been told that he may have had a live-in girlfriend though but I don't know her name. CHARLIE KING (or CHARLES):- He was born c1916 in Yorkshire and died in 1942 from an injury sustained while repairing an aircraft propellor (ouch!). LENNY KING (or LENNOD) married Sheila (surname unknown). Lenny was killed during WWII when his parachute failed to open (double ouch!), but not before he and Sheila had a son, also named Lennod. It's a long shot I know, but maybe these people connect to your own family tree... If so, you might just be able to fill in some gaps in my own. If you know of anything that can help me locate the KING's from Bradford then please get in touch with me. I promise to answer all emails. Thank you for your time, Sadie Bush (nee Whitman) |
