We are looking for relatives of George Edward Thomas who married firstly Harriet Hunt (28.03.1874), then as a widower Eliza Soames (29.04.1876). Harriet died (01.01.1875) having given birth to Walter Edward Thomas (18.12.1874). Eliza bore him three daughters - Clara Thomas (bap. 06.05.1877), Sarah Ann Thomas (bap. 06.11.1881) and Alice Louisa Thomas (bap. 1883). Walter Edward Thomas married Florence Williams (29.10.1895). Florence bore him two daughters, Lilian Winifred Thomas (bap. 11.04.1897, married William Smith, and Ivy Florence Thomas (bap. 11.06.1899, married James K. Graham. The family originated in the area surrounding Eastry/Woodnesborough/Poulders/ Staple in East Kent England. Walter Edward Thomas left for Canada in 1909 and is known to have been in the Vancouver area. Ivy Florence Thomas/Graham may have moved to Australia. Please can anybody help? |
